Steps

  1. Ask restaurants that already run giveback nights (many chains have an online request form).
  2. Confirm the percentage and whether flyers or mentions at checkout are required.
  3. Schedule it mid-week.
  4. Promote it one week before, one day before, and on the day.
  5. Thank the restaurant publicly.
  6. Get the sales report and payment date in writing.
